This past week wasn’t all that impressive in the design world, to be honest. It seems like some of the big design blogs might be slowing, and many of the smaller design blogs who occasionally make big contributions haven’t been as active lately. Regardless, PresidiaCreative is still blogging regularly, so let’s get to it.
It’s time for Web Picks #13, a collection of the best of the web tutorials, inspiration and resources from the previous week. This week features a great new tutorial by Constantin Potorac on PSDTUTS, a very high-end layout tutorial from PSDFAN, and some great roundups.

The 3D render tutorial from SimplyPSD is a complete rip off of my tutorial
He’s copied two of mine, the cyborg and 3D city
from Advanced Photoshop magazine and passed
them off as his own work. He even has links to
download the source files!!!!
I’ve informed the Advanced Photoshop editor who said:
”We’ve had problems with this guy before. He put
some of our other tutorials up, and some of Photoshop
Creative’s too. Then he disappeared for a while
(after we got in touch!), but he seems to be back again!”

Some really cool effects here,I like the Image Manipulation Tutorial.
