Best of the Web #45

KayakingGood afternoon (or other variant based on where you are), and welcome to another edition of best of the web.  This past week had a lot of photography roundups, everything from out-of-bounds style to tilt-shift photography.  Also, there were two interesting tutorials on comic and cartoon style illustrations.  My personal favorite post was a review of Photoshop brushes by SmashingMagazine, but of course, all the posts from past week that are included here are pretty good and definitely worth seeing.

Anyways, hope you all like, and as always, if you have any comments or suggestions for me, or want to contribute, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Have a great day!

Best of the Web #31

thumbHey again everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend and were able to enjoy yourself.  I know how everyone tends to dread Mondays, so in continuing the tradition of trying to make Mondays a little more bearable, here’s the best of the design web from last week.

Last week had some really great roundups for web designers and developers, with some tutorials on jQuery and Wordpress, and of course, some design inspiration.  Additionally, there were some great photomanipulation tutorials, and as always, some fun inspirational roundups.

Hope you all enjoy, and stay tuned the rest of this week for some more awesome posts.

Have a great day!

Web Picks #11

thumbAnother Monday, so another web picks from the previous week.  There were some really spectacular tutorials this past week, which is a welcome sight in the design community.

However, there weren’t as many articles as would be expected, but still, overall another great week for the graphic design world.
