This past week wasn’t all that impressive in the design world, to be honest. It seems like some of the big design blogs might be slowing, and many of the smaller design blogs who occasionally make big contributions haven’t been as active lately. Regardless, PresidiaCreative is still blogging regularly, so let’s get to it.
It’s time for Web Picks #13, a collection of the best of the web tutorials, inspiration and resources from the previous week. This week features a great new tutorial by Constantin Potorac on PSDTUTS, a very high-end layout tutorial from PSDFAN, and some great roundups.

As you probably already know, Presidia Creative isn’t the only blog that is doing year-end roundups. Most bloggers know that roundups are a great way to build viewership, because of the backlinking generated, and the fact that readers love these kinds of posts.
