Hey again everyone, hope everything is well. I’ve been pretty busy lately, so I apologize for the sporadic updates. Another week has gone by in the blogosphere, so there were a lot of new posts to choose from for this week’s Best of the Web edition.
Case studies are becoming more and more popular as a method of learning, where designers can show off their thought process without giving away all their secrets, so we have included some here today. As always, there’s some photography inspiration, and some web design inspiration. And of course, some awesome roundups of tutorials to keep you motivated and learning. Be sure to check out all the posts I’ve included below, they’re all pretty awesome.

Good morning everyone, hope you had a great weekend. The seasons continue to change, and always with change comes inspiration. As we near close to Halloween, some really fun tutorials are being released. And as always, there’s some great inspiration.
This past week had a new tutorial by Tyler Denis from DenisDesigns, along with some great new posts over on Abduzeedo. There’s a great showcase and resource post from InstantShift focusing on minimalistic and typographical web designs, and an excellent post from CreativeOverflow that lists some ways that designers can make more money.

Well, September is over and we’re already on our way into October. Since last week marked the end of the month, a lot of month-end roundups took place across the design web. My personal favorite is the roundup that I included here by SmashingApps, which had some really nice resources.
Also included are some really inspirational sets, a really nice planet tutorial effect by PSDTUTS, and of course, some useful resources.

Hello again everyone, hopefully you had a great weekend, although I’m sure everyone would have been happy if the weekend had an extra day.

It’s another Monday, so that means more web picks.
