Best of the Web #51

Hello again everyone, welcome back.  Last week, we didn’t have a best of the web edition, but this week we resume our normal post schedule, so as usual I’ve gone around and rounded up some posts from the design web that are inspirational, useful, or just plain interesting.

There’s an interesting post on Abduzeedo about how designers get influenced through music, which is a rather interesting read.  There are a couple resourceful posts on vectors and tutorials, and some inspirational posts as well.

Hope you find them useful, and always share your favorite posts with us in the comments so everyone can check them out!

Have a great day.

Where bitmap images (which account for nearly all images displayed online) are composed of pixels, vectors are composed of points, lines and curves. As you can imagine, working with vector images provides much more flexibility.

Check out the 20 fresh vector illustrations below!
