thumbVladimir Tomin is a designer, illustrator, and motion graphics creator from Khabarovsk, Russia.  With clients consisting of Reebok, Adidas, SportX, Nike, Kaaro, Biba, Apriori, Toyota, Swatch, Befree, Bigrey, and more, Vladimir is a leading designer in today’s creative design field.  Featured in such places as Advanced Photoshop Magazine, Slash3, Behance, and of course, deviantART, Vladimir’s work is an excellent source of inspiration for all designers.  While he often displays expert use of color techniques, he also works expertly with the absence of color, as evidenced by many of his works done in grayscales.

thumbThere’s just something about black and white photography.  Maybe it’s because humans are used to seeing the world in color, or maybe it’s because we associate black and white with a sort of “old time” feel.  Or maybe it’s that black and white photography force us to examine beauty not as a myriad of colors, but instead, absence of color.
