Born:December 30, 1977: Laila Ali is the daughter of famous retired American boxer Muhammad Ali and his third wife Veronica. She was also a boxer like her father but took retirement from her professional boxing career. Laila started boxing when she was 18 years old. In her professional boxing career she competed in 24 fights and won all the 24 fights. In 2002, she was named Super Middleweight Champion by the International Boxing Association. In 2007 European Youth Olympic Festival held in Belgrade, Darya won a Gold Medal in long jump.
